Product Overview：The Speed inline “H”-style case sealer is a fully integrated solution combining automatic top-flap folding, top/bottom straight-line taping, and four-corner edge sealing—all in one continuous, high-efficiency workflow. Automatic Top-Flap Folding: Carton top flaps are automatically folded prior to sealing for consistent box formation. Dual Motor-Driven Belts for Precision Alignment: Left and right motorized conveyor belts automatically center and transport cartons with exceptional stability—ensuring fast, smooth, and vibration-free operation during sealing. Simultaneous Top & Bottom “I”-Style Sealing: Applies tape in a straight-line pattern to both the top and bottom seams in a single pass. Side assist rollers press the carton’s central seam firmly during taping, preventing misalignment, gaps, or seam splitting. Cross-Rotation + Side-Push Transfer to Corner Sealer: After primary sealing, cartons are rotated 90° via a cross-rotation unit, then gently pushed by a side-push mechanism into the corner taping station—where all four vertical edges are sealed simultaneously for reinforced structural integrity (completing the full “H”-style seal). Quick Manual Size Changeover: When switching carton sizes, operators can manually adjust the machine in under 1 minute—no tools required. Fully adjustable parameters include: Worktable height Carton width guides Carton height stops Simple, intuitive, and highly practical for mixed-SKU production environments.
