When switching to a new carton type, users simply select the corresponding carton ID from the interface—the machine then automatically adjusts all mechanical components (width, height, flap guides, etc.) to match the required specifications. This intelligent solution eliminates time-consuming manual setup, significantly reducing changeover time and boosting both packaging line efficiency and overall productivity. Additionally, the Servo Intelligent Case Erector with “H”-Style Bottom Sealing integrates an automatic corner-edge taping unit onto the base model. This enhancement enables “H”-pattern tape sealing on the carton bottom—providing superior structural reinforcement and improved load stability during transport.
