To comprehensively summarize all work in 2021 and look forward to and deploy tasks for 2022, Speed's 2021 annual summary meeting was held at the Nantong factory on January 21, 2022. Mr. Wu, General Manager of Speed Intelligent Technology, and department heads attended the meeting.
In 2021, the pandemic covered the entire nation, severely affecting the entire industry upstream and downstream under circumstances of insufficient supply, rising raw material prices, and disrupted supply chains. In 2021, Speed people maintained firm confidence and moved forward resolutely, with each department overcoming numerous difficulties and challenges. Through the united efforts of all staff, stable upward sales performance was achieved, product value became increasingly prominent, service levels continuously improved, and innovation and operational capabilities significantly enhanced. At the meeting, General Manager Wu affirmed the achievements obtained in the past year and expressed gratitude to all employees' contributions. In 2021, each department overcame numerous difficulties and challenges. 2022 is a brand-new year; although the economic situation still contains many uncertainties, favorable internal factors are also continuously strengthening. Department heads must actively improve management, enhance their own comprehensive qualities, and promote enterprise development.
