It features a vertical cardboard storage system, allowing continuous replenishment of blank cartons without stopping the machine, significantly saving downtime. The innovative structural design enables fully automatic execution of multiple packaging steps in a single cycle, including carton pickup, box opening, forming, bottom flap folding, and bottom sealing. It accommodates a wide range of carton sizes. When switching between different box dimensions, only manual adjustment is required—taking just 1–2 minutes. This case erector can operate as a standalone unit or be seamlessly integrated into an automated packaging production line.
