Speedpack vertical automatic case erector, also known as an automatic carton forming and bottom-sealing machine, automatically performs carton erecting, bottom flap folding, and applies tape to seal the bottom. It takes flat-packed carton blanks, automatically opens them, folds the bottom flaps in a predefined sequence, seals the base with adhesive tape, and then conveys the ready-to-fill cartons to the loading machine. This automatic case erector is a high-throughput inline system capable of automatically erecting, folding the bottom flaps, and taping the base of large volumes of cartons. The Speedpack automatic case erector is controlled by a PLC and HMI display, greatly simplifying operation, reducing labor requirements, and minimizing physical workload—making it an essential piece of equipment for automated, large-scale production.
