What’s causing the tape not to sever properly on the automatic box sealing machine?
Possible reasons why the tape on a carton automatic case sealer doesn't cut through cleanly or completely are as follows:
① The cutter holder hasn’t been cleaned regularly, leading to debris buildup or tape film jamming the blade tip—clean the blade thoroughly;
② The blade may have become dull from prolonged use and is no longer sharp;
③ The spring that connects the cutter holder to the blade has weakened over time due to extended use, resulting in insufficient tension.
