Pre-stretch Stretch Wrapping Machine
2. Be sure to thoroughly read the included inverter operation manual before operating the frequency converter.
4. Never move or remove the upper and lower fixed limit blocks, as this may cause malfunctions during the wrapping process.
6. When the machine is in operation, ensure that no personnel stand underneath it to avoid potential hazards.
8. Never insert your hand near the chains for maintenance, inspection, or any other operation while the machine is running—this could result in serious injury. Always disconnect the power supply before addressing any malfunction.
10. Ensure the machine is properly grounded or connected to neutral (ground and neutral must never be mixed) to prevent electric shock that could damage the equipment or harm personnel.
12. Regularly inspect electrical components and connections, and clean the electrical cabinet.
While ensuring safe operation of the stretch wrapper, we must also guarantee its stable and reliable performance. A machine should not be neglected after purchase—regular maintenance is essential. Only through proper care can the machine deliver long-term, dependable service.
2. If the turntable slows down or begins to slip, open the motor cover of the turntable, loosen the connecting bolts on the mounting plate, and tighten the tensioning bolt clockwise until the desired tension is achieved.
4. Always place the load within the turntable’s designated area. If the load slightly exceeds the turntable size, the overhang must not exceed 10 cm—or stay within the actual operational clearance of the stretch wrapper. Exceeding these limits may damage the machine. Therefore, when purchasing equipment, confirm your pallet dimensions with the manufacturer to avoid operational errors during use.
