  How to Adjust the Leading and Trailing Tape Length on a Case Sealer:
  The length of tape applied before (leading edge) and after (trailing edge) the box is sealed can be adjusted by repositioning the support bracket and the trigger arm.

  • To adjust the trailing tape length: Loosen the two screws on the trigger arm. Move the arm downward to increase the trailing tape length; move it upward to shorten it.
  • To adjust the leading tape length: Loosen the two screws on the support bracket. Lower the bracket to extend the leading tape length; raise it to reduce the length.

  Note: The adjustable tape length range on a case sealer is typically between 5–7 cm (approx. 2–2.8 inches). Within this range, both leading and trailing lengths can be fine-tuned as needed.
