  ■ Keep the surface of the hot melt machine main unit clean.

  ■ Ensure the hot melt adhesive is clean and free from contamination. Foreign impurities can easily clog and damage the pump. Meanwhile, a clogged filter can also cause inconsistent glue output.

  ■ Clean the carbon deposits from the surface of the spray gun, as carbon buildup will affect the gun's normal operation.

  ■ Drain the impure/charred adhesive from the manifold block of the hot melt case sealercase erector hot melt machine through the drain valve.
