The hot melt glue case erector is based on the SPK-01 case erector, enhanced with an integrated hot melt glue dispensing system—commonly used to provide tamper-evident, anti-theft sealing for cartons. This model accommodates a wide range of carton sizes for automatic erecting, bottom flap folding, and glue sealing. When switching between carton specifications, manual adjustment of width and height is all that’s required, ensuring simple and user-friendly operation. Featuring PLC control with an HMI (Human-Machine Interface), the machine offers easy operation, straightforward maintenance, and stable performance. It reduces consumable usage by 5–10% and significantly improves packaging efficiency.
