Variable-Speed Control: Conveyor speed is precisely regulated via inverter (VFD) for smooth material handling. The wrapping ring is driven by a Delta inverter, enabling real-time adjustment of film overlap ratio to ensure optimal coverage and film savings. Advanced Safety & Diagnostics: Integrated automatic alarm system and fault warning indicators Full safety guarding mesh around moving parts Photoelectric sensors at infeed/outfeed detect presence/absence of loads, preventing misoperation Real-time operational status display on HMI panel Versatile Packaging Materials: Compatible with stretch film, nonwoven fabric, laminated kraft paper, and other flexible wrapping materials—ideal for protecting long, linear products during storage and transit.
