  The corner-and-edge case sealer is a type of case sealing machine, also known as an edge-and-corner sealer. It seals all four vertical edges of a carton and is typically not used alone—it’s commonly paired with a straight-line (I-type) case sealer to create a full “H” or “工” pattern seal.

  Before operation, ensure that both power and compressed air supplies are stable and functioning properly.

  • Power On: Turn on the main power switch on the control panel.
  • Start: Press the “Start” button—the “Running” indicator light will illuminate.
  • Stop: Press the “Stop” button—the “Standby” indicator light will turn on.
  • Emergency Stop: Press the “E-Stop” button in case of emergency—the “Fault” indicator light will activate.

  1. Manually pre-fold a sample carton. Position the right side of the box firmly against the guide rod.
  2. Adjust the machine according to your carton dimensions.
  3. Width Adjustment: Rotate the width adjustment handle to set the distance between the left and right guide rods. Match the carton width, leaving a small clearance of 1–2 mm.
  4. Height Adjustment: Rotate the height adjustment handle to align the upper and lower drive belts with the height of the carton.
  5. Once adjustments are complete, run a test cycle to verify proper sealing performance.
