    Hot Melt Glue Case Erector & Case Sealer Hot Melt Glue Machine Monthly Maintenance Checklist:

    ■ Clean the filter of the hot melt machine main unit.

    ■ Heat the hot melt glue case erector case sealer hot melt machine main unit to its operating temperature.

    ■ Place a container under the bottom of the drain valve and open the drain valve.

    ■ Unscrew the filter counterclockwise and clean the filter screen.

    ■ Observe the glue discharged from the filter seat. If there are no more impurities, turn off the piston pump or motor switch and screw the filter back in clockwise.

    ■ Tighten the filter and drain valve.
