This video showcases a custom automated packaging line developed by Speedpack for a leading domestic manufacturer of film and broadcasting equipment. The system features integrated grid-style (crisscross) strapping, labeling, and robotic palletizing.
The process begins as products arrive via conveyor and are pushed into the positioning area of an automatic strapping machine for initial dual-direction strapping. They then move to a fully automatic strapping station to complete the reinforced “grid” pattern. This fully unmanned strapping system is highly versatile and widely applicable to outer packaging for industries including furniture, home appliances, electronics, chemicals, fitness equipment, apparel, toys, and more. Finally, a robotic palletizer handles the end-of-line palletizing task with precision and efficiency. Notably, this packaging line is also well-suited for post-packaging operations in sectors such as furniture and sports equipment.
