Product Overview：Integrated Fully Automatic Flap-Folding & Edge-Sealing Case Sealer This all-in-one system seamlessly combines automatic top-flap folding and four-edge corner sealing for high-speed, hands-free carton closure. Automatically folds the top flaps of incoming cartons. Dual motor-driven conveyor belts auto-center and transport cartons with precision, ensuring smooth and stable movement during sealing. Simultaneously applies top and bottom “I”-style tape seals quickly and reliably. Side assist rollers gently compress the carton seam during taping to maintain alignment and prevent splitting or missealing. After primary sealing, an L-shaped corner pusher transfers the carton into the edge-sealing station, where all four vertical edges are taped for reinforced closure. True Auto-Size Adaptation – No Manual Adjustment Needed When carton dimensions change, the machine automatically adjusts its width and height settings in real time based on incoming box size—eliminating downtime and operator intervention. Ergonomic & Safe Operation Manually adjustable tabletop height allows easy integration with existing production lines. Integrated blade guard on the tape head ensures operator safety by preventing accidental contact with sharp components. Mounted on four heavy-duty locking casters for effortless mobility and quick repositioning between workstations. Built to Last Robust frame construction and industrial-grade components ensure long service life, minimal maintenance, and consistent performance under demanding 24/7 operation.
