Fully Automatic Grouping Sleeve Shrink Wrapping Machine

  • Product Overview：The fully automatic sleeve (in-line type) shrink wrapping machine is equipped with imported dual-circulation hot air motors, ensuring uniform heat distribution inside the shrink tunnel for a more aesthetically pleasing and consistent shrink finish. It features solid steel rods wrapped with imported silicone tubing for durable and reliable chain-bar conveying. The conveyor chain material can also be customized according to different product requirements (e.g., anti-static, food-grade, or high-temperature resistant materials). Conveyor speed is controlled by an inverter, enabling smooth and stepless speed adjustment to match various production needs. An extra-large airflow cooling system rapidly cools and sets the package immediately after heat shrinking. An optional aluminum worktable at the discharge end prevents finished packages from falling to the floor. Ideal for sleeve sealing and shrink wrapping of round-shaped products without trays, such as: Beer cans/bottles Mineral water bottles Soft drink cans Glass bottles Adhesive tape rolls
