Plate Chain Conveyor

Product Overview：Chain Plate Conveyor, also known as chain plate line or chain plate transfer line, is a type of apron conveyor widely used in metallurgy, chemical processing, power generation, mechanical manufacturing, and other sectors of the national economy. It can transport various bulk materials and unit loads horizontally or on inclines. Since both the carrying and running components are made of metal, it is capable of handling heavier, coarser, and more abrasive materials or unit loads compared to other continuous conveyors. It is also suitable for conveying materials or products at high temperatures of up to 600–700°C. Key features include: Wide applicability: Except for materials with extremely high viscosity, most solid products and unit loads can be conveyed. High conveying capacity: Chain plate conveyors can achieve capacities as high as 1,000 tons per hour (t/h). High tensile strength of the traction chain, enabling long-distance conveying. In China, apron conveyors are currently used over distances up to 200 meters, while installations abroad have exceeded 1,000 meters in length. Flexible routing under steep inclines and tight bends: Chain plate conveyors can operate at inclines of up to 30–35 degrees and negotiate curves with radii as small as 5–8 meters. Integrated processing capability: During conveying, additional operations such as sorting, drying, cooling, or assembly can be performed. The system operates smoothly and reliably.
