A leading edible oil processor is one of China’s largest manufacturers in the edible oil industry, with an annual production capacity of 8,000 metric tons of flaxseed oil and other oils. The company has achieved steady growth, continuously improved product quality, progressively upgraded its production facilities, and enhanced its food safety management systems. It has successively obtained certifications including Food Production Safety License, ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System. In this collaboration with our company, the client implemented a fully automated end-of-line packaging line for edible oil—integrating case erecting, case packing, case sealing, and palletizing. This integrated solution automates the entire process of carton forming, product loading, sealing, and palletizing, significantly reducing manual labor and physical workload while effectively boosting production efficiency.
