End-of-Line Automated Packaging Line for a Leading Chinese Liquor Group in Tianjin

A renowned liquor group based in Tianjin is a comprehensive alcoholic beverage producer integrating R&D, brewing, sales, and holding its own export license. Spanning 100,000 square meters, the company is ranked among China’s Top 500 beverage manufacturers and listed among Tianjin’s Top 50 Food Industry Enterprises. In 2010, it was honored with the “Time-Honored Brand of Tianjin” designation. The company is nationally recognized as a “Contract-Abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise,” a “Food Safety Demonstration Enterprise,” a “Municipal Key Leading Enterprise,” and hosts a “Municipal-Level Enterprise Technology Center.” It is the only local distiller with a long-standing heritage—over 350 years—and continues to maintain traditional, in-house baijiu production to this day.
 In this collaboration with our company, the client implemented a fully integrated end-of-line packaging line—including case erecting, case packing, case sealing, and palletizing—to automate the entire process of bottling, carton sealing, and palletizing for its liquor products. This solution significantly reduces manual labor and physical workload while effectively enhancing production efficiency.
